Let's M.O.V.E. Dance Class
A community dance class and energy exchange where we embrace the magic of sending energy through the physical body. Through rhythmic motion, we deepen our connection to our vessels while grounding down into the Earth. Each step becomes a prayer, each gesture a meditation, as we infuse our movements with intention.
